Yes, if you agree to switch your current security service provider a member of our management team would speak to each Security Officer individually and ask if they would be interested in transferring to our company under TUPE regulations. Providing the Security Officers are happy to do so, they will remain on your premises.
Most of our services can be up and running with immediate effect. Services requiring equipment may take a little longer due to the install process.
Our Mobile Response Officer will complete an Alarm Activation Report Sheet, which details information and action taken regarding the activation including date & time stamped photographs, which will be emailed to you immediately. You will also receive a more detailed Alarm Activation Report from our Head Office within 24 hours of the activation.
All Mobile Security Officers are in regular contact with the Operations Room, reporting any incidents and providing video and photographic evidence in real time. Each Mobile Security Patrol is recorded on a Mobile Patrol Log Sheet and for additional peace of mind Cadre Group UK Ltd’s Emergency Response Vehicles are fitted with CCTV and Satellite Tracking Systems. Our Mobile Response Officers carry Body Cams and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) which are also fitted with a Satellite Tracking System. A Check Point System can also be installed on to your premises as well as providing Patrol Reports in real-time enabling us to provide your company with arrival and departure times, photographs and patrol information if required.

This is well above the industry standard and ensures we are adequately covered for the very largest contracts. We provide a copy of our current insurance certificate to every client so that they can check for themselves without having to ask.
Visit this Security Industry Authority webpage, click on the ‘Go to the register’ link, and enter their 16 digit licence number. The SIA and licensing authorities are very strict with end users who employ those who do not have the correct licence.
We are extremely careful about who we employ. If we feel at any point during the application process that an individual is unsuitable we will not process their application. We undertake recruit screening to BS 7858:2006 + A2:2009, which includes a minimum of five years employment references, as well as character, address and credit checks. Our Head Office carefully monitors the performance of our staff to ensure that they meet our strict standards, with monthly supervisory site visits and regular appraisals held to ensure any training needs are identified.
