We are extremely careful about who we employ. If we feel at any point during the application process that an individual is unsuitable we will not process their application. We undertake recruit screening to BS 7858:2006 + A2:2009, which includes a minimum of five years employment references, as well as character, address and credit checks. Our Head Office carefully monitors the performance of our staff to ensure that they meet our strict standards, with monthly supervisory site visits and regular appraisals held to ensure any training needs are identified.
