The provisions of any agreement can be customised to meet both our client’s requirements and budget. This can be anything from our standard maintenance package, providing annual visits to ensure the Gates and Barriers are operating to their full potential, to our all-inclusive maintenance packages, which ensure your costs are fixed for the year with no additional parts, labour or call out charges.
Cadre Group UK Ltd’s fully trained and competent engineers are available 24/7, 365 days per year, and all services are performed in accordance with the current Safety Legislation and Standards.

Our all-inclusive maintenance package consists of:
- 2 x Maintenance visits per year
- 24 Hour Call Out
- Labour
- Repairs
- Replacement of consumables
- Replacement parts due to breakdown or defect
- Replacement parts due to damage
Our all-inclusive maintenance package excludes:
- Additions to the current Gate or Barrier
- Damage caused by: Electrical Power Surges, Fire, Floods and Storms
- Malicious Damage or Misuse
- Theft of parts installed on the current Gate or Barrier
- Upgrades
Cadre Group UK Ltd ensure that all new and existing automated Gate and Barriers systems we work on, whether installed by us or another installer, comply with current safety regulations. This is an essential part of our installation and maintenance process, and we are unable to activate your gates automation until these requirements are achieved.
